    Over the weekend Jay- Z appeared on the season premiere of SNL as the musical guest. The rap legend hit the stage rocking the jersey of Colin Kapernick. In 2016, Kaepernick gained nationwide attention when he began protesting by not standing while the United States national anthem was being played before the start of games, motivated by what he viewed as the oppression of people of color in the United States. Another legend has passed away. Last month it was Prince, this month it's Muhammad Ali.
    Muhammad Ali born, Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jr., died on Friday June 3rd at a Phoenix hospital. He was hospitalized a few days ago due to respiratory complications. When I saw other media outlets report that he was on life support, I knew the end was near. He was 74.
    A family spokesman told NBC News " After a 32-year battle with Parkinson's disease, Muhammad Ali has passed away at the age of 74. The three-time World Heavyweight Champion boxer died this evening,"- Bob Gunnell.
    One of my favorite Ali quotes:
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. The hands can't hit what the eyes can't see.”
    Rip to The Greatest of All Time. Legends never die!

12/07/2015 Congrats King James!

ESPN reports;
Nike has signed Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James to a lifetime deal in what one source familiar with the negotiations said is the largest single athlete guarantee in company history.

"We have already built a strong LeBron business over the past 12 years, and we see the potential for this to continue to grow throughout his playing career and beyond."

Ray Rice Wins Appeal: Eligible To Sign With Any NFL Team

Ray Rice Wins Appeal: Eligible To Sign With Any NFL Team

11/28/2014  |  No Comments

11/28/2014

    Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has won his appeal of an indefinite suspension and has been reinstated to the NFL.
    Rice is now eligible to sign with any NFL team.
    An NFL spokesman, when asked by ESPN's Andrew Brandt if the league would pursue any further action against Rice, said: "We, of course, accept the ruling as binding."
    Rice was suspended indefinitely Sept. 8 for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy after a video of him hitting his then-fiancée was released publicly. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell originally had suspended the running back for two games. READ MORE HERE.
    I personally believe everyone deserves a second chance. It's up to him to prove that he's learned his lesson and will never put his hands on a woman again. We as humans aren't perfect. God bless them.
