CANDI COVERAGE: Melody Ehsani x Reebok Classic Exclusive Launch Event At Epitome

Sunday September 21st, 2014: Atlanta, GA

The Melody Ehsani x Rebook Classic event at Epitome was a blast!!! The designer herself, Melody Ehsani was in the building and she was super cool. The crowd was chill and Dj Martina Mcfly was on the 1’s & 2’S getting the party rocking as usual. M.E brought out many dope individuals to her event. Prince (Marketing) from Rocksmith, Fashion stylist Renaldo Nehemiah,and evenMTV Africa was in mix.

I spotted different heat on many of the sneaker heads feet, from FILA, to high end kicks like Balenciaga. However REEBOK CLASSICS were definitely the stand out shoe. From Retros to new releases. I even rocked my 5411 starbust yellow joints. I’ve had them since 2003. Many inquired on where to purchase like a true sneaker head. I smiled and said “oh I’ve had these since 03, these are retro baby.” Lol. The event was filled with good energy and the Reebok Account rep’s were in attendance to make sure the brand was being represented properly.

The guest shopped while sipping on mimosa, ladies received manicures, and M.E walked around engaging with guest & signed kicks! At the last event (PUMA) I won a free pair of kicks, at this event I wasn’t as lucky. The winners of the raffle received a gift bag filled with goodies from Melody Ehsani. I left with a pair of the HI Hidden Wedge designed by Melody Ehsani and a delicious Turtle Crepes that was being served by the The French truck outside out the event.
